Chinas New $4.4 Billion City Made Completely From ICE

In today’s video, join us as we show you China’s new $4.4 billion city made from ice. When it comes to China, bigger is definitely their main advantage. No more is this evident than in China’s ever-growing megacities. In fact, some of these cities are home to more people than some countries have, and they only look set to get bigger. The festival in Harbin, a city in China's north-east Heilongjiang province, is one of the biggest of its kind.

Dubbed the “Ice City” for its bitterly cold winters, the city hosts an annual Ice and Snow Festival, which brings in artists from all over the world to design epic sculptures out of ice and snow. It features towering ice and snow structures, and will host activities like sledging, ice hockey, ice football, speed skating and Alpine skiing competitions.
