And once again, nothing for education!!!!
There's a story I wanna tell today.
I am a student who took drop in the year 2023 to prepare for CLAT. I got 7663 rank and I could not get any college but the people belonging to SC and ST got good colleges even at 10000 to 20000 ranks. Funny right!
More than 1 lakh students wrote CLAT this year and there are merely 4000 to 5000 seats available. I know that population increase is not the fault of govenrment but at least they can do something to reduce the effects of it(like increasing seats in educational institutions).
Then I thought of going for MHTCET, and I scored 99.05 percentile. I thought I would get the best college(GLC) but funnily enought there is 65% reservation for Maharashtra candidates and there are just 36 seats for candidates outside maharashtra. And there are 211 students outside maharashtra who have scored 99 percentile, but just 36 out of them are gonna get the seats.
How can one say that rest of the students were not deserving at all!
This is pathetic!
People belonging to SC, ST or a particular state are more deserving than those who work hard for the exam.
All people care about here is Hindu-Muslim, North-South, Caste system and reservation.
This is very disheartening as a student.
And I forgot to mention CUET😂 which was held two months back and the results are still a mystery.
And I do not have any words for NEET.
My younger sister is in 11th grade right now and perparing for NEET. Honestly I don't want her to suffer like this but we are not the daughters of Ambanis to have crores to spend on a private medical college.
The future of India is in grave trouble!
