Terrible video. I believe it is important to show how to properly install the car seat so that your child can survive a crash.
I believe that a more detailed and slow explanation of how to do it right is far more important than a short video.

I bought 2 for my twin boys.
I am seriously considering to return them.

Please provide us with instructions how to install the chair into the car. This video is terrible! I think I did it the right way but chair is moving like crazy and the supplied instructions are printed in the smallest font with bad pictures. If you are selling this chair (and you do) provide us with normal video of "how to install" . I also wrote you an e-mail I hope I receive the answer quick. Thank you!

See the strap down the bottom of the chair, at the front that they pull tight after strapping the harness on... Anyone advise on how to loosen it??

I’m trying to help some 1 miles away fit the seat.What an absolute Waste of time video!! They show real time about washing bits of removing bits which is all good, but then speed 10 times and don’t show ppl how to start off the most important part of how to secure the seat!! There is loads of comments complaining about this and they still haven’t updated it yet!!

I don't get it. isn't it recommended that children shouldn't sit forward facing until they're like 4-5, I have a 11 month old that is 9 kg. So my 11 month old is allowed to sit forward facing?
