Okay, the edit it's just perfect and I really like how it came out, it's pretty good *_*
Anyway, I think that it's clear what's happened here:

Phineas and Bill are a couple, Phineas loves Bill a lot, but the demon is too concentrate with his plans and his power.
Phineas is angry 'cause he say that he just want that Bill consider and loves him, but Bill just ignore him and he puts him in his place.
( So, Bill doesn't consider Phineas but still want him at his sides ).
Phineas cry and wish that Bill loved him as before.
