I'm glad I'm the last person in class because 🎉nobody can drag this position with me.

Congratulations to the guy and myself 😂

I agree wholeheartedly, a flawed system sits at the core of this issue. There are so many brilliant people who are disadvantaged or marginalised and cannot achieve great prospects. An effective system would recognise such individuals and support their growth. I wish tyrone much success.

The day people will realize how disastrous social media can be er, I'm sure they won't even want any form of media space .😢😢😢😢. Ehuoooo!!!!

This is how we lose our finest brains. There’s a high possibility he’s not going back to Ghana after school because they’ll still discriminate against him because of his hair. He will just remain in the US where he’ll be accepted for his brain and not for his hair. I’m glad I supported him when his issue popped up.

Few years ago my daughter who is biracial wouldn’t cut her hair. First year she left Achimota to some low private school and had 8As . She got her SAT and TOEFL very high. Conservatives you’ll be left behind. Your best are making it elsewhere

Ghanaian school lay too much emphasis on baseless things.imagine he hadn’t fight for this.when I was in the university in uk.People get their nails done and also leave the class when it break time.high school girls get make up done to school, mini skirt and also thought how to make and a lot.Nursing school in Ghana some school will refuse mature girls to have wigs on.If you have the opportunity to leave, leave.

A correction: the $1.4m is for all the schools he got admission to, not just UPenn. When you sum up the scholarships for the 4 schools, you get $1.4m.
