I think Kandy's "Miss Arrogant" runway was a reference to her fight with Tamisha Iman in untucked on season 13. Because she was wearing the red and light blue bookbags with the bubble braid hair. And part of the argument was her being called arrogant. Though it is hard to understand with no context and I don't think they let Kandy do a voiceover explaining her look
