We're setting sail on our FIRST EVER Disney Cruise! It's 4 nights on the Disney Dream leaving from Miami and heading to Nassau, Castaway Cay, and a day at sea! In this video we're sharing our first day experience which includes our hotel in Miami, getting on the Dream, a tour of our verandah stateroom, shopping, and more! Wachow!

Having Italian sparkling wine with a refreshing view from your verandah on a Disney cruise ship...what a vibe. Even the cruise ship horn is magical on a Disney cruise! And throwing the loofahs at Ellison was priceless! Something else I love about the Port of Miami besides it being of course Miami the Cuban capital of the US is that if you look carefully at the tunnel entrance at 1:55, it says the words "Navigo", "Navigatis", "Navigaverunt", "Navigat", "Navigas", and "Navigamus". These are all variations of the Latin word for navigate, navigare, as Latin is the origin of the term navigation. As a language buff, it's a detail that I appreciate.

Disney as your first cruise? Been on Disney when our daughter was young and it's really special if you're a huge Disney fan and/or have little ones that will really enjoy every aspect of it. I like Disney but have mostly preferred cruising Royal or Carnival which are more fun for adults IMHO. Looking forward to the rest of your first cruise adventure.
