I have a bit of an odd suggestion, and, like this remix, it's in the vein of taking a romantic song and twisting it on its head.
That song "Glad You Came" has a lot of lines that could be twisted. For example, "hand you another drink; drink it if you can" = drugging someone.

Sonadow is literally my favorite person to go to for Nightcore. There's so much more effort in remixing and making something enjoyable than just putting a moving background, beat bars, and lyrics while raising the pitch or the speed of the song.
