There is so many recipe ideas using matcha!
If you have a store bought furikake and matcha powder in your pantry, this might be what you wanna try!
You can use it as FURIKAKE, make into ONIGIRI, OCHAZUKE which is tea flavored rice soup. If the taste gets bland, add some salt.
MATCHA FURIKAKE (for 3~4 servings)
–ingredients–
6 tbsp store bought furikake
*wasabi flavor or seaweed flavor would be perfect
1/2 tbsp matcha powder
You can also make furikake at home although you need lots of ingredients.
FURIKAKE (for 3~4 servings)
–ingredients–
1 tbsp bonito powder
1 tbsp kobu-cha (powdered kombu mixed with some other savory seasonings) *It’s not kombucha which is a beverage.
1 tbsp powdered nori, ao-nori powder
1 tbsp dried scallion
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
salt to taste
