MTV ASIA - Artist of the Month: Jon Bon Jovi (1997)

The iconic "Artist of the Month" bumper by MTV Asia featuring Jon Bon Jovi. I believe this was around June 1997 when he released his sophomore album "Destination Anywhere".

In 1998, MTV introduced Hot Seat, the counterpart of Artist of the Month starting with Ricky Martin for the month of April and at the same time N’SYNC was Artist of the month.

Back when I regularly watched MTV, lagi ko talagang inaabangan kung sino yung magiging AOTM artist nila for the month. My favorite band at the time actually made it there twice (Three times if you count the lead singer’s solo career).
