Jesus Christ forgives us inspite of our sin against him. But yet we have not been able to prepare our mind to do that
We have not accepted his teach ings perfectly
So our life is restless and full of sorrow. The whole world is in grief. So we should pray to him with tears. We can love every body and all the religions.

It was very sad but such a true story humans are selfish
It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. - Jesus

It should be Good Wednesday. Not Good Friday.

Judeans claimed that no prophet can rise from Galilee (John 7) since Jesus Christ was from Nazareth of Galilee. When Judeans asked Jesus Christ for a sign, Jesus Christ said that only one sign was given and that was the sign of Prophet Jonah (Matthew 12 & 16). Prophet Jonah was from Gath Hepher (2 Kings 14:25) which is in Galilee.

"For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth." (Matthew 12:40).

So Jesus Christ had to fulfill what Prophet Jonah fulfilled. So Jesus Christ remained in the heart of the earth for 3 days and 3 nights which was from Wednesday evening till Saturday evening.

Jesus Christ died on Wednesday and got resurrected at the end of Saturday. The Sabbath that came after Jesus Christ's crucifixion was a High Sabbath (John 19). Not a regular Sabbath. After the Sabbath, the women bought spices (Mark 16) and prepared them (Luke 23). After that, they rested on regular Sabbath (Saturday).

Approximately 1988 years ago today on Good Friday, Pontius Pilate had a decision to make.
Options :- Kill the Son of God, let him go free or keep him in ward under protection from the tumult.
Personally, I would have chosen the last of these options and given him a room in my house.
I would use my crack troops to keep out the multitude and I wouldn't ask him for anything in return.

Great video. I just find it a little funny hat when it comes to his enemies that is portrays them as Roman soldiers, and not as the Jewish gaurd and teachers of the law.

This week, called "Holy Week" by many Christians, we'll be hearing a lot about Jesus' death on the cross. Many Christians will be repeating the refrain, "Jesus died for our sins." But how many of these church members actually have any idea what they're saying?

Some, of course, would explain, if asked, that Jesus was actually being punished by God for the sins that we either committed ourselves or which we inherited from Adam when he ate that apple in the Garden of Eden...or both! And then, they'll go on to claim we can have our sins "forgiven" as a result!

Wait a minute! Let's break down this idea--First, it implies that God cannot just decide to forgive us of sins, ya know, like Jesus said He would as we forgive others of their sins against us (from his most famous example prayer)! It's like God, somehow, lacks the capacity to forgive! That He's got some deep-down need to get back at us! To take out revenge! Secondly, if there's any truth to the idea that, without Jesus' PAYMENT, God not only takes out equal revenge, but infinitely more, because many of these same Christians claim He would have no other choice but to torture us in the worst way possible...FOR ETERNITY!

Thirdly--if Jesus PAID for our sins...that's NOT FORGIVENESS! That's a payment! Why don't they say, "Your sins were PAID for"?

Well, they can't say that either, because if they did, then they could not turn right around and further claim, "Yeah, Jesus died for your sins...but you can still end up in Hell anyway...if you don't believe in the right way, or get baptized in the right way, or don't do this or don't do that, " etc., etc., etc.

There's something wrong with this picture! And if we read how Jesus' own disciples interpreted the meaning of his death, it becomes clear as to why!

During the very first two sermons given after Jesus died and was then seen multiple times alive again, the Apostle Peter explained his death was simply a necessary part of God's plan to raise Jesus from the dead in order to prove to all the Jews he was the Messiah...and that was it!

All the other stuff about making Jesus out to have been a human, blood sacrifice came along much later, mostly after Gentile pagan converts became the majority of the Church by the end of the First Century.
