Recently, I've been listening to slowed n' reverbed nostalgic songs. The only reason for that is because it gives back so much memories that I never thought I would cherish 'till this day. All the music nowadays is just complete, utter garbage. They talk about sex, drugs, etc. Then, it was so much different. It was real music, just so wholesome. And honestly, I don't think we all realize how much we didn't take advantage of our childhood. Back then, it was just a simpler time. I can't even remember the last time i actually listened to the radio, and singing along to the songs. I just miss all of the times when I enjoyed going outside, hanging out with friends, not wanting to go to sleep early, actually being excited to go to school, going out on weekends, listening to the radio, and so much more.

And it's just sad to think about the next generation is never gonna know about this music. All they're gonna know is all of this new music. They're never gonna have that same excitment that we had when we were kids. Their childhood is gonna go in just of a blink of an eye, just like ours. I just wish I could go back, I just wanna feel that happiness that I don't have today. And honestly, I don't even care if I had a rough childhood, I just wanna go back. We all wanna go back, I can feel it.
