2 years carnivore, trigs at 72, skin problems gone, immune issues have resolved. OMAD for the most part and the happiest i've been in a long time-physically & mentally. -Nice vid!

Being Swedish and living in Europe it is hard to understand how strange the lifestyle in America is. I visited a friend in Florida this vinter and it was my first time in the country. Some things chocked me. That the cities do not have a center so you have to drive everywhere, only homeless people walk, the weird food choices and there is only chainstores for food, tha lack of "normal" lunchoptions... I truly understand now how difficult it must be to live what we in Scandi just call a normal life. It really takes dedication and information to do that there. Thank you for your materials.

Hi! Carnivore for 5 months today - 35 pounds down (lots to go, but it's ok!) and VERY happy. Loving my life for the first time EVER!!!!

Jaime is obviously a wealth of knowledge. I've been pure carnivore for a few years now, and at 60, have never felt better, except for old injuries that flare up from time to time. The myth that we need carbs for energy gets disproven all the time. We need more people like Jaime to get the word out and more people to adopt the low/ no carb lifestyle. This country would be healthier for it.

Please keep making videos. You are an incredible inspiration to me. I've been Carnivore for 9.5 months. I've lost over 30lbs, gone down 4 pant sizes, and I've never felt better. Your information has been so helpful and reassuring to me. So often we get inundated with make doctors talking about issues and benefits but they rarely address the differences for females and this life style. All your information has comforted me and armed me for anyone that says what I'm doing is unhealthy. Thanks for everything and keep it coming!

Awesome video..👏 I am on ketogenic/ LCHF diet with IF since 2009. I feel great and my blood work results are at the best. I am at my high school weight. My CAC score is 0 ( zero) Almost no sickness since then and I can ride ( bicycle) 100 km in 3 hours . I was pole waulting at 55..I am 63 now. Keto/LCHF rules !!

I've been keto and now carnivore for around 4 years now. I've got rid of migraines, tinnitus, bleeding gums, acid reflux, IBS symptoms, joint pain and psoriasis. Getting rid of industrially processed seed oils, sugar and processed food from my diet was the best thing I've ever done.

Saw you on an interview with Kelly Hogan. I'm 2 wks in on carnavore. I'm 50, post menopausal- since age 41, obese have numerous food sensitivities, arthritis and have tried everything to lose this weight. Im doing carnivore for the long haul for the health benefits and hopefully fat loss. Ty for all of the info. you provide!

Started keto 3 1/2 years ago. Lost 30lbs and un-retired and started a business that requires a lot of physical activity. (I'm a marine surveyor of large ship's). Now, I'm happier, fitter, and all my health markers are better. My doctor (a very good friend of mine) told me to be "careful" of eating a keto diet. I asked him if he wanted my blood pressure lower, my HDL higher, my triglycerides lower, my anxiety to return, my body weight lower??? By every medical metric, I am healthier and I feel as if I am getting younger on a keto diet.

I’ve been eating Ketogenic for 2 years now. I lost 75 lbs the first year and have maintained it the second. I am 62 but feel better than I have since my twenties. I not only lost fat but I lost joint pain, digestive issues, sleep issues, headaches, and general tiredness. It must be a lifestyle not a diet. Glad to see your YouTube channel!

went Keto in 2018 when menopause hit and I gained 15 lbs in about 3 months - felt way better, but the weight finally came off and all my meno symptoms like night sweats from hell stopped when I switched to carnivore about 18 months ago. Also got rid of my IBS-C, migraines, hormonal acne, and my bloated belly. It is a lifestyle and not a diet, I have no issues eating this way. All my metabolic markers are excellent= waist is 28", bp is 93/60, fasting glucose is 72, fasting insulin is 3, HDL is 83, Trigs are 46. And as a 56 year old menopausal female I sit at 19% body fat, so I am healthy as heck.

Began Keto in 2017 due to fear of Diabetes. What a fabulous journey! Starting cholesterol was 220, dropped to 147 in 3 months. Fasting glucose typically 120-126, dropped to an average of 72-76 w/o extended fasting. As my OB/Gyn stated, “you’re a walking billboard for Keto!”

I’m 73. I eat low carb. Basically, I avoid sugar and flour. I’m not super strict. Also only eat breakfast and lunch. My calcium scoring is zero. My carotid artery scan has improved. Although my cholesterol numbers are high, my doctor told me to keep doing what I’m doing. I made the decision to quit taking a statin.

Started with OMAD in 2018 for 4 months and lost 20lbs. After that, started more LCHF eating and gained 10lbs without needing new clothes!

Been weight stable doing 2MAD and shifting more toward a carnivore diet routinely now.

Other benefits: decreased inflammation (pain/allergies), and more control over food and cravings.

Going back to the way I used to eat is simply unappealing to me now! What I do now is wholly way better!

1 year keto/carnivore down 91 lbs and many sizes in pants and shirts feel great and find that this is the easiest way of eating I have ever tried. Blood work is great and don’t see changing anything anytime soon.

Finally…a doctor who is a woman, trains like a beast and eats like one too! I’ve been looking for a person just like this.

I am here from a suggestion given to me because, I’ve been struggling with my body. I’m not going to get into all that, but I’m glad that I possibly found a mentor that can help me achieve my goals to better health and physical condition.
