question....does the power capacitor have to work with the generator? For example, if you have solar panels, can you directly pump the energy into the capacitors without the generator, and use it just as a battery bank? If not, then do you know a mod that offers a battery bank without a million in a half machines to go with it?

Wait! In this pack (Advanced Generator)  LV = 128 eu/t  MV= 512 eu/t  HV= 2048 eu/t

but the IC2 pack is LV= 32 eu/t MV: 128eu/t  HV:512 eu/t EV= 20148 eu/t .

 Please tell me GOC, is this mod gonna be re-balanced or something else?

So you added a fuel tank and it did... nothing? Or are you saying that one fuel tank has the exact same effect as adding two capacitors?
