How in the world did Barry became a doctor that fast? It takes 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, 3-7 years of a residency, then maybe a year or more of a fellowship. So it takes at least 11 years to become a doctor. But by the time Lainey becomes a high school teacher, and worked there for a year, Barry is already a doctor??

Okay this spinoff is too funny, caught an episode out of sheer Covid-19 boredom lock down (as I don't really watch TV) and found myself laughing so hard. Then watched all the episodes of series 2 online.

I would give my life to be lainey lewis aka AJ michalka, just to be able to hug and be the love of his life barry Goldberg aka troy gentile. He is very handsome . But unfortunatly for me its to late.

I watched a couple of episodes of this after being a huge fan of the Goldbergs.

This show is awful!!! It had to be the dumbest idea for a spin-off ever. Finding out some characters futures ruins future Goldbergs episodes. I watched the class reunion episode and it ruined some storylines. I think there’s a lot of story to mine from Geoff and Erica. Erica is still way too bossy and Geoff is too compliant. I saw that changing as they got older and more mature and would want more from each other. I really thought there would be a chance they didn’t end up together, or at least break up and get back together and realize something had to change.

But the a’holes writing the this stupid show ruined a perfectly good dramatic story line by saying they were together and doing fine. What a stupid mistake and stupid show.
