Atlantis the Lost Empire is so underrated, all the hand drawn animated movies bombed in the early 2000s, because of bad marketing and the heavy competition of CGI films!

It has a decent story, with amazing character designs.
The relationship between Jim and John Silver is the best Father and Son-like relationship in Disney Movies.
