I can kind relate except my best friend AKA crush- (not saying there gender or name) didn’t die- instead when I confessed to them they said they would still be friends with me.. my crush and I had friendship bracelets to 😭😭 (i did this on the last day of school-) skip time where next year we saw each other- and GUESS WHAT they weren’t wearing the friendship bracelet anymore.. I went up to talk to them a couple of times but it looked like they were uncomfortable with me so they stayed as distantly as they could and that BROKE MY HEART and the fact I was trying so hard to hold our friendship together by acting normal and not awkward around them.. that there was just a tough time for me- I don’t blame them.. but STILL 😭😭 I remember crying so hard everyday knowing they feel uncomfortable around me, there being distant, and there not wearing anything that we made TOGETHER! AS FRIENDS!!! And the fact that they said “we could still be friends!” just tore me apart oh my actual god- (this was also a very dramatic thing that happened for me to)
