yo, first of all i making skins and have accepted one, secondly this skin is easy to make due to new workshop tools and PBR, so this guy basicly played with slider a bit that's all, zero creativity, cuz he is really low skilled, i might touch this effect someday, but only if ill get some cool idea and those who liked the skins are probably less than 16 y.o
