I can not understand this hype on the US visit. Such visits keep on happening, and it is ALWAYS to promote the national interests on both sides. Nowadays, we tend to get carried away down the chute with headlines. Who cares if the visit is successful in pushing through the national interest? In fact, other than buying a few drones, just what is the national interest that is at stake? Is anyone discussing that? The howdy modi type of tamasha seems to be the purpose of the visit. And with taxpayers' money!!!

Next time, please discuss relevant things. Like, is the GE414 engine a state of art tech or already going out of relevancy? Will we be straddled with an outdated tech while the Chinese pour humongous amounts into r&d for their 5th gen fighter planes?
