When you walk out of meetings at work, do you feel that you want to take smarter notes. Maybe you want a simple way to take meeting notes. And because you don't have that, you ask your colleagues for their meeting notes to know what was discussed or what you have to do.
The thing with meeting notes is that we're never taught how to actually take them. As a result, most of us end up writing everything together in one big block on a A4 page. Meeting notes like that don't help you understand what was discussed, what questions were asked, or what action items you're responsible for.
So in this video, I explain a simple way for you to take meeting notes at work. It's based on a quadrant and clearly separates everything that was discussed. I start by explaining the process, then I share an example so you can see how it's used.
