Iran attack: Trump reacts to major missile strike

Britain has scrambled jets after the Iranian regime sent a swarm of armed drones towards Israel in an unprecedented attack.

Israel was on “high alert” and military experts said that its defence forces (IDF) would probably shoot down the weapons immediately. Israel said Iran had fired more than 100 drones.

In the early hours of Sunday the Israeli military said a barrage of ballistic missiles launched from Iran towards Israel had ended, with sirens sounded in the north, south and West Bank, but that more drones and cruise missiles were expected to arrive.
