how to Encrypt and decrypt passwords in a better way?

In this video I will show you how to encrypted and decrypt password in VB.Net and SQL Server in a better way. First of all we will create a signup form and register a user and then create a login form and make the user to login and finally make a change password form tolet the user change his password but the passwords will be in an encrypted form.
