About This Video: In this video I'm answering these questions from you: Why did you stop repairing consoles? When you are looking for broken items to bid on, how do you evaluate items before you bid and what are the “deal breakers” for the items you like to fix. What profit margins are you trying to hit? Do you have a significant other and what do they think about your channel? Do you have children? How did you learn how to repair consoles? How old are you? And do you prefer Android or iPhone and what is your current smartphone that you use the most?

Have something broken you want to send me?
👉 Items sent to this address will not be sent back. (And please no junk!)

Love that you support the "Right To Fix" movement.
It's a natural progression from what you already like to do.

The reason I love this channel is because your honesty shines through. Also because you're a stickler for perfection and you can't stand a dirty console/device. Not to mention you run a kick ass website forum for anybody who wants to fix anything. Yeah that's most of all you share your knowledge

I started out as a breaker, inquisitive kid with a screwdriver. Now I'm (mostly) a fixer. It's always great fun getting something people consider dead junk, up and running again. Great stuff Sir, thanks for sharing your knowledge, you're a natural teacher.

I found your channel because I commented on a really old Reddit post about PS4 Blue Light of Death and you actually replied! Then a few months later I saw a video recommended and the username looked familiar.

I thought it was really nice of you to reply since dead tech support threads are kinda a meme, so it was really unexpected. PS4 still going strong almost 2 years later! (Used the washer trick)

So nice to meet the family. I've been watching you for a few months. The process of fixing electronics has always fascinated me. I wish I was younger [I'm 63] so I could have done what you do.
