Next Over the Edge play you guys should both play . Plush Time Wins found out that playing together is a way to unstick prizes.

The prizes hitting that glass don't tell the machine the prize dropped. There are little laser sensors at the end of each prize row, so when the prize goes past it, it trips the sensor and the machine knows it dropped a prize. However, the position of these sensors is near the top of each row wall, so prizes that are too small pass under the trip sensors without setting them off.

The big plastic wall across the game is to prevent the dropped prizes from launching off into the prize drop hole, and to guide them to land to the back as much as possible. That's why the plastic transparent wall bit is angled back toward the back of the machine. So when you see a big box drop and it sticks there momentarily, it's because it prevented it from flopping right out into the prize chute. It's also just there to prevent big stuff from disrupting the game too much when it falls. Kind of cushioning the landing.

If i were playing that game, i would have asked an employee to fix the blockage from the tags on the tiny plushies. I might even suggest to them that they rubberband the tags to the plush so that they can't fall through the cracks, making a damn to prevent the plushies from falling.
