For everyone that has been banned/ locked out for weeks, months even a year here is what you have to do in order for it to work, I know this may suck but you have to factory reset your phone because on your device at the moment Snapchat has permanently banned your device and it doesn’t matter if you delete or reinstall the app it won’t let you log in. You may get the error code or it telling you “due to too many failed attempts”
Factory resetting your phone will allow you to be put back into Snapchat with the same account you’ve had before/ always used.

You can't login with the same phone. In others phone you can login easily.
Snapchat policy is strict they are not doing anything. Just because of this temporary disabled issue people are not using anymore Snapchat. Because they don't afford another phone
