What happens if Vie goes bankrupt like Synapse did? Will your money be accessible? People are still trying to get their money out 8 months later. With a bank, even in a situation like 1st Republic, funds were accessible the next business day. Having FDIC coverage made all the difference. I'm all for innovation, but the Synapse situation really gave me 2nd thoughts.
