@13:10 Yes it's hard dealing with retail. It's not always going to be easy B to B money. One of the many problems is that you're learning on the job, you know some stuff but for the most part you are regurgitating a lot of what you've heard without clearly understanding what you're saying. Also, you've been trained by Ari who has very little personality, time or patience for customers unless they are business to business transactions/negotiations. The good thing for you all is that there is so much business on the street that Ari gets away with his dismissive I can't be bothered salesmanship method.
