This was so much needed as I prep myself to do a loose "No Spend September". I completely messed up my YNAB budget and am not as financially comfortable as I'd like to be. Your tips were all awesome!

Thank you for this video! I was doing so well paying down debt, then I relapsed and spent money impulsively on shirts that were definitely a want and not a need! Now I’m getting back on track.

This video is so real! 😭 Sometimes I get annoyed or angry and go to target to blow off steam, so I created a “Mad Money” category in YNAB. I just throw $20 in there each month just in case of a mood. Often I’ll be walking around the store for so long, I’ll start to feel better and realize I don’t want anything and leave the store lol

Side note: your hair colour is gorgeous on you. As always, your video hits home and has been very helpful. Thankful to you for sharing your knowledge.

I do the same things when I shop! If I stroll around Target longer I’ll talk myself out of some impulse purchases and think it through more

This was so great! Loved the tips at the end especially about making it harder to impulse by like not saving credit cards and going to the dollar store

I LOVED this video, especially the ADHD focus. I laughed out loud when you talked about taking your (ADHD) meds!

I’m pretty good now about waiting most times. Occasionally I’ll buy something on impulse. But most times it is usually something I need anyway.

My daughter on the other hand has adhd and other stuff, and has little self control and doesn’t like waiting. She wants it now. I haven’t figured out a way to help her learn more self control. 😣
