Solution:
x^(x^8) = 4^4 = [(±√2)^4]^4 = (±√2)^16 = (±√2)^[(±√2)^8]
The same operations are done with x on the left side of the equation and with ±√2 on the right side of the equation, therefore: x=±√2.
