I did this exercise for 2 weeks, and I lost 1 kg, I ate as usual and there were no restrictions at all, I will continue to do this and I will update again after 1 month. Maybe it will feel heavy for the first week, but later you will find it quite easy hehe.

I just did the workout and it was hard haha but i relly enjoyed it ❣
I will do this workout ( i hope for 2 weeks) and after few days i will share with u my result and opinion, so keep your fingers cross for me 💘💘

So today is saturday and i did the workout and it was fun. After this i also did about 100 crunches.The reason why i sometimes dont do this workout is that i also have ballet class so i workout anyway. See you tommorrow( i hope 😂)

Today is sunday and i had 5 hours of dancing so i was really tired but i did part of this workout and about 100 crunches. Tomorrow i will do full workout promise hahah

Monday!! Just did a workout like i promise, and after this i did 70 crunches. And i am very proud of myself cause i already see a little progress in my body. My tummy is flatter but i am not going to stop do this workout. Please give me some motivate and give a thumb up and if you want do this without with me!! BE STRONG GIRLS 💗

Saturday and sunday only few hours of ballet and some crunches

Im 14 and my current weight is 65
I want to lose fat and 15 kg
I'll try to do this workout everyday before sleeping until I see some results
Day 1: I did it...it wasn't really hard but it made me sweat like a waterfall
Day 2: I was really exhausted but I pushed myself for the work out...and I did it
Day 3: I did it
Day 4: I did it

I will be starting this tomorrow (on March 9th) & update every day until the 22nd aka 2 weeks later.
Over the course of the last 4 months I've lost overall body fat and become more toned but i'm still struggling a lot with belly fat so I'll give this a shot! ((I'm really feeling hopeless)) also, remember that your diet is important so eat as clean as possible, everyone <3

Day 1: done! ✨this is challenging and the truth is you can make it tougher for yourself by doing each exercise faster (which I will be trying to do for the next 2 weeks) obviously don't feel or see any difference in my body yet 😅

I have some lower belly fat to lose. I'm not overweight but my belly is big, will do this for 2 weeks, and let you guys know the result.

This really works tried different exercises to reduce belly/pouch but nthg worked, but this worked i did it for 1 week than with gap of 1 week did it for another 1 week and lost nearly 1.5 inch of belly. That too with not too much of diet restrictions😁😁
