Solving Start Windows Normally restarting issue | Startup repair could not detect a problem

start windows normally, launch startup repair (recommended) windows 7, startup repair computer problems, my pc shows startup repair, pc launch startup repair, windows 7 not starting normally, windows error recovery windows 7 failed to start, windows error recovery dell laptop, windows error recovery windows 7, ahci bios, ahci vs ide in bios, bios settings, sata emulation, windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem, system is restarting again and again, windows is restarting again and again, windows 7 restarting even after launch startup repair, launch startup, windows 7 restarting at windows logo, windows logo restarting, system is restarting at windows logo

if you know laptop computer repair then let me know i cleaned my laptop after opening it applied thermal paste in cpu processor but its stuck now on boot and blinking cursor once in 10 times it starts and its hell of slow as if hard disk is dying that hard disk runs flawlessly in other laptop what could be the problem can you explain...? 😮😮😮😮😢😢😢😢
