Finding Happiness in Nature | A gentle arrival of spring | Slow living in English Countryside

I've been journalling a lot lately, and for this video I decided to share a thought that came up recently. A thought about happiness - I realised that perhaps happiness isn't really in the euphoria that comes from big achievements or life's highlights. It's much simpler than that.
It's possible to find it anywhere - if you look within yourself.

I've failed to keep my sourdough starter alive and had to discard all of it recently, so instead I decided to try a different method - an Irish soda bread.

This is the recipe I used, but also added some olives and a twig of rosemary for extra flavour, as I find that soda bread often lacks flavour due to lack of yeast or any sort of fermentation.

I believe that happiness is a state of mind, when you can see the miracle of a flower than you are a happy person, moments can give us a boost but if you always waiting for something big to happen then you loose the point of life for me!!!
