Is there any other way to install cars in gta v other than open iv?

before i put the cars into the dlc and make a name for it my game works fine but after I copy it and put the name of the car in-between the // and click save my game crashes when i try to load it

Why would you put the car mod folder in the dlcpacks folder? How did you get dlc.rpf and x64 inside the car mod file? I have so many questions.

I followed every direction to a tee, the game launches fine, but when I input the model name the car doesn't spawn. I edited everything, and I double checked that it saved. I have tried multiple vehicles including the one you used in the video. It seems like my mods aren't loading properly. I have even tried with a clean install. Any ideas?

it says when i try to put th ep1 folder in dlc_patch the process cannot access the file because its being used by another process??? And instead of dlc_packs it says dlc_patch?
