How to make the softest, fluffiest and heavenly milk bread without the need of any machine. You just need to knead this dough for 10 minutes and you’ll get the perfect Japanese milk bread.

RECIPE:

350 grams All purpose flour
12.5 grams sugar
7 grams (1 packet) dry yeast
4 grams salt
200 grams warm milk
30 grams butter

U. S Measurements (BY CUPS)

2 3/4 cups All purpose flour
3 Tbsp sugar
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
2/3 tsp salt
3/4 cups + 2 Tbsp warm milk
1/8 cup butter

Can I add power sugar instead of cornstarch at the end and bake? Or put power sugar after baking?
