I love how the motifs of the music each display a part of Porky's character.

The first part sounds innocent and simplistic, which symbolizes the fake side that Porky shows to his peers while hiding his true nature. Then there's the aggressive bassline which represents the true evil within. He could snap at any moment, but he plays those thoughts off as bratty behavior. Finally, the last part sounds like a carnival, as if saying that Porky's clownish antics are more sinister than they appear (think of the Clown from IT).
