I don't agree with age limits because it would likely be unconstitutional. But term limits for Congress, even if they are decades long, should be in place. Unfortunately that would take an act of Congress.

But some other legal standard could be applied regarding capacity to do the job. If a hundred year old can pass the test, great, but there should be a solid standard at any age.
