FA16 ULM - Holgates - Close call

06-02-18 About 6:55am. Don't know what this guy thought he was doing. Almost took me out. Had to brake hard to not go into him.... And all he gained was one car place. When looking over at him his music was on blaring loud that he was completely distracted.
