I still believe many Americans do not understand how far Chinese build quality and sophistication has come. These same people would be shocked how much made in China parts are inside GM and Ford vehicles sold here.

Hi from México, I've just bought a BYD Song plus Hybrid PHEV SUV. And it is very impressive. Excellent build quality and materials. 60 miles on electric power, 600 miles combined. Top quality product for $38, 000 usd. Former BMW, MERCEDES, AUDI owner

In Thailand. I use a BYD Dolphin, the car costs 17, 000 dollars, good quality, full technology. I drive about 100 kilometers a day, and use about 40 dollars for electricity per month. Compared to a Toyota Camry, I have to pay 470 dollars per month for gas. It's a big difference.

Zeekr owner here, the zeekr in the video, the frunk need a forceful smacking to close the lid properly. It is not a panel gap thing, they are produced from the same production line as Volvo and polestar, because they are based on the same SEA platform. It is a negative side effect to make the front lid extra light and soft for pedestrian protections. Believe me, the first time I try to close the lid, I thought there is something wrong with the front locking mechanism.

Had Atto3 over a year, not a single issue, saved me $4000 on fuel, very comfortable and smart. Got a seal performance, man, this car just amazing, better then any BMW and Mercedes I ever drove with a fraction of their price, 570HP 670Nm the 4 wheels control kicks in 10-20ms and never let you loose any grip of the road. The HUD is the only one I can see with polarise sunglass during bright day, no wind noise on high speed, seat heated and ventilated in 2 levels, steering wheel and mirror all heated. Seat auto slide, two wireless charger and fast wire charger, and more.

Many people still think that electric vehicles and fuel vehicles are just the difference between gasoline and electricity, and do not realize that this is a shift from four wheels to artificial intelligence.

You know what is scary ? These are not even the top ones or best selling one. These 3 are considered “not so good sales” relatively.

BYD song, Zeekr 007, Huawei Aito m7/m9, Xiaomi Su 7, BYD Yang Wang U8, NIO cars with their battery swap technology and some other cars which I can’t remember right now . . .

After I drove Chinese EVs, I don’t have desire to drive any other EVs anymore. They are just that good. And finally consumers will not be cheated and fooled by the superficially high price tags on American and European cars. As. Consumer I feel my right of buying a more affordable and more advanced EVs made in China has taken away by our government. This is a violation of human right and principle of free market economy which should be driven by consumers not by government control.

While Americans are still fighting culture wars and demonizing each other, the Chinese have lead and innovated in EVs and battery technology. It’s only a matter of time.

European car leaders asked European union Not to put extra tarifs on import. We have to compete!

Can't believe I'm alive to witness Chinese product being studied in the US. It felt like just yesterday China was a crawling baby. In a blink they have grown and getting well into their prime years.

Stop saying Chinese EVs copied from Tesla. That is completely false statement. Chinese EVs are more affordable and much more advanced than any other EVs in the market. Chinese companies are not profit driven but consumer oriented that to ensure the affordability is the objective for all Chinese EVs. That should be a good thing for all consumers around the world. These American testers are speechless by the high quality, affordability and advancement of Chinese Evs. But they cannot help but still talk with sour grape tones and trying to pick bones out of eggs. Basically they feel the time for American companies cheating and fooling consumers with artificially high price tag will be threatened by more affordable and more advanced EVs made in China.

Ive been driving a Xpeng P5 for almost 3 years now. It's a no nonsense, not a lot of fancy tech, gets the job done EV. 210hp, camry sized sedan, ample leg room, and drives very well. Legacy auto has a lot of catching up to do.

The Chinese recently safely landed on the dark side of the moon, the probe did not fall over and its rover functioned perfectly keep this in mind when you are contemplating western technical superiority 🤔

US auto manufacturers used government subsidies to buy back shares to benefit the executives & shareholders instead of using them to improve efficiency & innovations.

Tesla's so-called minimalist style is just for profit.
