I elected to use my refund to pay for my TurboTax and it went through, but instead of using the refund, it charged the card I used last year despite not selecting that option. I didn't even input the card. "You have to have direct deposit set up" well I do. I did last year. But I can't verify that portion until I pay for the service. Trying to get help but I'm hearing impaired. My only option is to call customer service. What an annoying experience

Y'all have too many pop-up screens nowadays and even if society usually has ADHD or it's hard for people to pay attention like having too many pop-up screens make it feel like a scam even though I know it's not

Also anyone complaining about a streamer related ad... I'm sure between the sound alert plugins, subscription platforms, etc. taxes can get complicated so it kinda makes sense to appeal to that crowd
