About this video: This video is our complete guide on how to download and install the Better Minecraft 5 modpack! This will let you play the BMC5 modpack and experience all of the new biomes, blocks, mobs, and features that Better Minecraft 5 adds to Minecraft!

To get started, we will need to download the CurseForge App. The CurseForge App is what will allow us to download the BMC5 modpack as Better Minecraft 5 is hosted on CurseForge.

There is a link in the description above to download CurseForge. That will actually take you to our complete guide on how to get CurseForge. On this page, click on the “Download CurseForge” button. This will take you to the official CurseForge download page.

On the download page, click on “Download Standalone”, and the CurseForge installer will begin downloading. You may need to keep or save the file depending on your browser.

With the CurseForge Installer downloaded, open it and go through the installation process. This is done just like installing any other app on your computer. When you are finished installing CurseForge, the CurseForge App will automatically open.

In the app, you will see the Minecraft click on this and click to configure and install CurseForge for Minecraft. After that is complete, you will be on the My Modpacks tab. At the top, you will see a search bar.

In that search bar, type BMC5. Better Minecraft 5 will then appear. Click the “Install” button on it, and BMC5 for Minecraft 1.21 will begin download and install. When this finishes, you can go back to the My Modpacks tab, hover over BMC5 and click the “Play” button.

The Minecraft Launcher will then open up. You may need to login to the Minecraft Launcher, and this is perfectly safe to do as it is the default Minecraft Launcher. After you have logged in, click the “Play” and then click “Play” again on the tab that appears.

When you do this, Minecraft will open up with the Better Minecraft 5 modpack installed. You can now play BMC5 in singleplayer, on a server, and you will be able to experience all of the amazing features that Better Minecraft 5 modpack as to Minecraft.
