Hey gang, in this React tutorial I'll show you how we can listen to DOM events - click, mouseover, copy, etc - and react to them by creating event handler functions in our component.

Any ads on this channel I never skip even if its long because I appreciate the effort you put into this. Other people make things look difficult but you make it look simple just like Thierry Henry and the hand of God.

Hey, I love your tutorials. A quick question.
From what I've learned you want to seperate HTML from JS, so you do eventlisteners in your js file rather than adding onclick events on a button.
Does that work the same way with React, let's say when you render the button with React and you give it an id. Will an eventlistener find that ID and event as well then?

Is there some intellisense that shows all available events? It is kinda inconvenient to look up which events are available on the internet all the time isn't it?

onMouseOver has strange behavior in Chrome - the button works when is clicked, not when is hovered. The code works fine in Microsoft edge

Hey Shaun (or anyone else who can help). Kind of an unrelated question from React/Redux, but if you're designing a site for a non technical client, and the client needs to be able to create/edit content on their own, how would you go about this? Because it seems like if the site is built using purely HTML/CSS/JS (or some web framework) then the only way to make changes is to go in and change the code. Is the only option out there to use something like Wordpress or Squarespace?
Thanks

Do we not need to declare function with the function keyword?

The handle click event worked without binding it and this keyword is accessed without the super and constructor? kind of shocking
