I went to most of the places here in the video in 2019, must say most of the places are tourist traps as the food wasn't as good as expected. But the video was helpful!

It will be great to have a video on the wholesale market equivalent of Tsukiji Market in Osaka too. I have so much difficulty finding stores that sells those Dried Hokkaido Scallops and Sakura Ebi and similar food stuff that can be brought home to enjoy these delicious Japanese food in my kitchen.

Yes about the handling of the fish. Faster and more humane. Not all fish handling is as much in Japan for a few culinary dishes but overall especially for Japan, one must understand the food, to understand the people, to understand the culture and to understand the well presented, arigatou 、 watashi no yuujin.

My wife and I didn't get to go to Osaka last time but booked 2 nights there for our visit next year. We'll be staying at a place that's 2 minutes by foot away from KuroMon and seeing this video gets us all excited.

Hey Paolo, started to like your vlogs. I like the content you made. Anyway, the key of Japanese fishes are how they process the fish. They have the thing called ikejime which is the most important reason why their fish products taste different compare to other countries. Thanks for inspiring me! I'm Going to Osaka next week :p
