Audi RS6 Avant C7 - Trying to QUATTRO Drifting!

This time I have filmed a brutal Audi RS6 Avant C7 that is trying to drift! Very insane to see when the RS6 going sideways with a quattro drive! Video is including some lovely revving! I hope you enjoy the video!

In a car like this, that's meant to be lightning fast and ultra safe, and with Quattro, you have to use the mass of the car for it to slide. As soon as you're on power the system's default is safety and safety is understeer, because it's corrected by mere breaking or deacceleration. It takes much more skill to control a slide and not all owners, especially of a Quattro, want the car to do that. It IS possible to slide it, as EVO and Powerslide Lover have proven, but as I said, you have to be at a higher speed and unbalance the weight (scandinavian flick, etc) and use liftoff oversteer and only power the car when it's being unbalanced, otherwise it'll just grip and afterwards, understeer :)

More understeer than oversteer. Quattro is not for drifting ;) looks like a lot of fun, though!

I have a RS5 (67 plate) & can tell ya even with the rain, that's damn hard 2 do....ya fighting the cars brain/computer to stop it from sendinh power 2 the correct while to straighten it. Its very skillful. It may not look it, but truss me it is...

Drift with rwd is easiest thing to do, to drift with awd you must be a good driver not a random like in rwd

Idiot driver pffff ..., NEVER DO DRIFT IN D mode, take "manual shifting" for automatic its + / - (i dont drive autoo ), because you losse power when you upshift, to keep car sliding you need higher rev, i think its a first time drifter :D
