My major gripe with Starfield is that the entire game and all of its NPCs felt so homogeneous. They attempted to make a universe of diverse characters, but ended up doing the exact opposite.

No new ship parts after they said there would be new ways to customize your ship is pretty shameful.

For those who don’t know how to start the DLC you need to have completed the main story mission “One Small Step” then travel to a system with no major missions (I suggest the Sirius system) and it is highly recommended that you are at least level 35 and up (I’m level 40 on normal enemy difficulty and they still did tons of damage to me with just 2-3 shots almost all health was gone so be aware). Have an amazing upcoming month everyone.

I wish I could enjoy Starfield. I just can't though. I know what Bethesda games USED to be like with Daggerfall and Morrowind. I know, I'm boomer, but they were actual RPGS

Really disappointed there aren't faction unique Va'ruun ships/ship modules. Still just repainted Stroud ships. All those OP unique looking weapons and architecture, but they just steal a bunch of Stroud ships and repaint them I guess

Imagine paying $30 to take a 10 minute walking tour of a tiny Vaa’run homeworld cave, only to be crowned the lead zealot so you can do a bunch of fetch quests.

This DLC being story focus is such a let down. The dialogue in this game is way to "family friendly" wich is so dumb, majority of Bethesda fan are now Adults

I’m tired of the groupthink, one day I realized I actually do like Starfield and was just letting other people convince me it was bad. It’s fun and has good lore, and that’s all I really need. Aiight, time to dip before internet people scream at me lol.

I’m just a little shocked that if you take Andrea with you she is like blown away that she’s finally seeing varrun. Like they couldn’t have added voice lines for her? I mean it should have been a big deal her walking off the ship onto her home planet. Idk just thinking here. 😊

I was hoping they would add *slow mo ‘kill cams’ & combat finisher / stealth animations* into the game, given the emphasis on melee for the DLC.

(Like in Skyrim / FO3/ FO4)

Just finished the main quests and I’ve done a handful of side quests. It’s an DLC, if you were praying to the gods that it would change Starfield in a huge way then you’re SOL. Couple new things in terms of gear, as talked about in the vid there are a handful of just Varuun style reskins for guns. Story was intriguing enough for me to want to keep going but that was carried on the concept of the intrigue I had for House Varuun and what the culture is like. Feels like choices have the slightest changes for whatever you pick nothing insane or universe changing. If you’re someone who hated Starfield in vanilla then I recommend passing on the DLC if you kind of liked vanilla then maybeee it’s worth it for you. I mean it’s just 30 bucks so do what you will fellas.

If each in-game faction were to get its own DLC that would probably help the game out a lot.

So we made a game with 1000 random planets and then instead of improving the map seed generation on planets we get a dlc about 1 planet and nothing else.

They would have to rework the whole base game, cut out any generated stuff, handmade it, add some missing RPG elements, or at least well written NPCs and we can talk.

Disappointed there are no new House Varuun full companions (like Constellation ones with loyalty missions)

Custom varrun ships should be must as well as custom ship parts and new weapons just reskins lazy low effort b.s
