Hi! Thanks so much for clicking on my video. Recently I decided to try Andy Friscellas 75 Hard Challenge AGAIN after trying and failing in the past. If you like this video please consider subscribing to see my other weekly vlogs as I continue through this challenge.

Disclaimer: While I am taking daily progress photos, I have decided to keep most of those personal for now, but may end up showing them at a later date. I also am obviously not including every time I drink water/read/eat because I want this video to be a manageable length to watch. I'm so impressed by all the little things you do to make this work - sleeping over by parents to get in the early morning workouts. You absolutely will find ways to easily fit all the parts into your life soon, even though right now it might feel all-consuming. Keep up the amazing work!! I especially love your positive attitude - just keep those positive vibes going, and you will crush this!

I don't know what kind of head space you were in last time but I hope you're able to approach this time with conpassion and grace. If you're anything like me I struggle with all or nothing and obsessive thinking so certain challenges like this don't work for my mental health. Don't be afraid to adapt it to fit your needs. ❤

You are doing great! Keep up the awesome work! I love watching your videos! They’re so realistic and I for one can relate! My biggest problem is wine lol I really love a glass (or two) in the night time after my kids are gone to bed and me and my husband are just relaxing and watching a movie or whatever. You really are an inspiration! Can’t wait to see the finishing results 🙌

I loved this vlog!! I’m thinking of trying 75 Hard as well!! At least 75 Soft if I can’t finish 45 minutes twice a day.

Ps. My healthiest life was "morning care/workout" and pm workout-lighter mode. My BRAIN loved me

I would consider adding on an additional 15 minutes of exercise on the days you are at home, and then do less time on the days you commute. It will make the days you ar3 commuting more achievable.
