I've been really depressed for years now, but I am slowly getting better now.
Your 6 day 30 minutes dumbell workout is my first ever achievement in a long long time. Never have I actually stuck to something I am not used to doing.

I have a few questions, and please know this is my first time working out.

Can I just follow the program I've been doing (30 minute dumbell workout) every week?
What supplements should I start buying?
What kind of diet plan should I follow if I am trying to build while burning body fat?
And I've started waking up at 5 AM to jog for 30 minutes around our compound, does that help or am I better off doing other things instead?

Yo I’ve been doing this for a few weeks and lost 5 pounds it gave me courage and confidence again thank you and 1 question is doing 50 push ups and 50 sit ups is good? For warm up then do this work out?
