if you're against a good aatrox i think getting any anti heal item other than barmbel vest will be good cause they need to auto you to make the passive work

flash+tp or ignite+tp, feel like she can somewhat get away with it and with ignite being so broken but idk really not sure on this one, flash is just so universal
