Meanwhile the cost of rent and groceries and EVERYTHING goes up. Unless you’re rich.

Holding the press conference in front of a large bulldozer really drove home the compassionate message

Dyer’s messaging about homelessness is always told exclusively from the prospective of property owners. His problem with homelessness is that it’s ugly to look at. He doesn’t talk about the rising rent prices and apartment shortages that create homelessness in the first place because he doesn’t represent renters: he represents the homeowners and landlords who funded his campaign

I witnessed a city cleanup of homeless people encampment 3 years ago next to Roeding park? The City of Fresno police, along with Garbage truck, took peoples belongings and threw them away..
The homeless who seen them coming, started throwing Thier belongings over the 4 ft high fence to try n save what they had left? As soon as they did that, The city had the sprinkler system in the park turned on, and soaked ALL those folks stuff!!
It was one of the most disturbing and pitafull sights I've ever seen...
