Half-Life Alyx - No Vr Mod (Without Driver) - Progress Update #2

*****-Changelog-*****:
-Hands are now fixed to player's view/camera (looks better and more like a normal FPS game)
-You can grab props like HL2 and throw them if you want.
-You can pull props with the gravity gloves and grab them using "E".
-You can rotate the props that you're holding.
-Added Reloading feature for some weapons.
-Movement has been improved.
-If you pull some items like ammo, resin, etc. (using the gravity gloves), those items are being automatically picked up (only if they collide with the player).
-You can turn on/off the flashlight by using "F" key.
-Added more interaction with the environment (needs improvement).

Important Note: All of the progress done on this mod has been achieved without using a non-vr driver.

Can u add aiming system or some crosshair? And weapon switch number buttons like in legit hl games?
And can u add jumping too? Like "perss space to jump"?
And maybe i want to see full hands too not gloves only if its possible but its not so important thing

Hey, a little suggestion about the item pulling thing:
How about you make it so holding "E" prevents you from moving, then you can hold "E" and "S" at the same time, then press Space to pull the item to yourself. This kind of controls would feel so natural, it would be like E starting the action, S giving it direction, and Space completing the action/giving it momentum to fly towards you.

I get that people without VR want to play HLA but god does this look boring on desktop mode. Still great work though! But I don't know that I'd want to play this at all if my only option was without VR.

I can't believe you're asking for money, that's so messed up!
You're obviously careful to only show parts that will work on flatscreen.
It was cool when you were just trying to see if it could be done, but now you're just taking advantage of people.
