As a teacher, I get so excited when I see you find supplies for your teacher friend! My husband gets to laughing as I talking at you, Steph and yelling at the Staples store for throwing away useful items that could be used in classrooms all over our country. The school supplies always make me tear up with joy...I started dumpster diving myself 40 years ago when I began my art teaching career here in Baltimore! Like your friend, my students had nothing so I had to provide them with supplies. On a teachers salary, this was rough. So I began diving! Always found cool and unique treasures that the kids loved! Also furnished my apartments and financed vacations! I loved dumpster diving❤️ but I’m in a wheelchair now so I’m thrilled to experience the adventures with you and Steve! Hi Steven /Steph. Great video. I'm sure the teacher will appreciate the school supplies. The dipped up calendars the pic would still be good for crafters. Decorate into wood for decor or plaques. Probably why they disappeared.Have a great day.

I did it! My first dumpster diving, it was very exiting and fun. I asked their permission first, and everybody said you can get whatever you want🤗🤗. This morning I found 4 canvas and 4 square of glass, I use them for my mandala...what else, and many pieces of wood, for mandala as well. ❤️❤️

My favourite dumpster finds, are the classroom things for Katie. Its the only time that I'm actually glad store's waste so much stuff. Makes me so happy to know that the children who are less fortunate will benefit from big companies wasting stationery 😊😊😊
